  • Having a desire for more and more, which eventually leads to greed
  • Having a negative state of mind

You know, most peoples lives are actually created around a list like this, it's no wonder that we're feeling unhappy. There's no joy or happiness in this kind of life. There's only pressure, tension, making do, wasting precious time, feeling insignificant and worthless. It would be near impossible to feel any kind happiness for longer than a moment.

Unhappy and Frustrated

What would I do if I felt Unhappy?

If I were feeling unhappy now, the first thing I would do is look at my frame of mind. Is it positive or negative?

In other words do I have thoughts and an outlook, that leaves me feeling optimistic, loving, enthusiastic and grateful.

Or am I looking at life, myself and other people in a way that ignites feelings of anger, hatred, lack, frustration, emptiness, impatience and jealousy. These are all negative emotions and I call them negative emotions because if they are stored within, they create mental unrest, ruin health and destroy any chance of happiness.

How Does A Negative Frame Of Mind Form And How Can You Eliminate It?

As we move through life, we meet different people and have all different kinds of experiences, some experiences we may be directly involved in, others we may be just observing from the sidelines.

Quite often we believe that it's these experiences in life that shape who we become and our destiny, but it's not the case.

The truth is, it's not the actual experience that can create how we feel, whether that be angry or joyful, it's our thoughts and interpretation of a situation, that creates the emotions we feel.

That is why you can have the same situation happen to two people but it's effect be completely different. It's all in the choice of thought and interpretation because it's that which trigger our feelings and will dictate how a situation will effect us.
